Job summary

Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Skilled Machine Operators for our Kirksville, MO facility. This highly technical role requires hands-on mechanical experience in setup, changeovers, troubleshooting and equipment adjustments.

Shift pay includes $23.94/hr with premiums for 2nd or 3rd shifts; training on 1st shift. Workweek is Mon-Fri with overtime and possible Saturday work, with opportunity to advance to Machine Adjuster.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
• Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
