Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is seeking an Advanced Machine Operator for our Kirksville, MO facility. The role involves hands-on mechanical work, machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting on high-speed envelope equipment.

Salary starts at $23.94 per hour with 2nd or 3rd shift premium; 2nd shift adds $1.25/hr, 3rd shift adds $1.50/hr. Training on first shift, with overtime and Saturdays as needed, and opportunity to advance to Machine Adjuster.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
• Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately.
• Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
• Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
