Job summary

Cenveo Worldwide Limited is hiring Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our Chicago, IL facility. This role requires hands-on mechanical experience, with responsibilities including setting up, changing over, and fine-tuning high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.

Training occurs on the 1st shift, while the 3rd shift carries a premium and requires readiness for overtime. Ideal candidates have 4 years of mechanical or manufacturing experience and can read measurements

Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately.
• Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
• Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
