Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Envelope Folding Machine Adjuster to oversee operation and maintenance of our folding machines.

You will ensure product quality, troubleshoot issues, set up machines, perform preventative maintenance, and support overall manufacturing efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, experience with machine adjustments, and the ability to work under time constraints while maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical background with experience in machine adjustments.
Ability to handle stress and work efficiently under time constraints.
Ability to interpret and apply written, oral, and diagram-based instructions.
Strong decision-making skills, especially in dynamic plant environments.
Basic math skills, read and interpret measuring device.
Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

Change machine settings for different envelope styles and sizes with minimal downtime.
Maintain envelope quality across folding, printing, guming, latexing, and attachments.
Ensure OK approvals for every job manufactured.
Support lean manufacturing activities.
Prepare parts and attachments before changes to reduce downtime.
Report quality issues to supervision when needed.
Ensure correct gum type for each job and verify color/print.
Keep accurate maintenance records of repairs and changes.
Monitor machines for wear and report issues.
Review jobs for process improvements and keep area clean.
Follow safety protocols and collaborate across shifts.
Perform scheduled maintenance on machines.
Perform other related duties as needed.
