Job summary

Western States Envelope & Label Company in Erlanger, KY is hiring an Order Set Up Operator (Adjuster) for the Erlanger facility. You will set up and operate envelope folding machines, configure work orders, and perform daily maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and experience in machine setup or manufacturing. Training occurs on the 1st shift for up to 9 months; after training you transition to 2nd shift with a top rate of $27.00/hour and

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and strong initiative.
• Team player with ability to work in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily machine maintenance and changeovers.
• Inspect products and adjust equipment to minimize defects.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with hand tools.
• Perform minor machine repairs and operate folding department machines.
• Verify order accuracy including labeling, printing, and packaging.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and document labor/quality data.
