Responsibilities

  • Set up, adjust, and operate envelope manufacturing equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Configure machines for specific envelope sizes and designs and perform routine inspections.
  • Make mechanical adjustments to ensure consistent output and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor production runs, identify and correct defects, and perform basic preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with production team members and follow safety and quality procedures.
  • Accurately record production data and machine settings.

Role Description

The Envelope Machine Adjuster is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX. This position is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating envelope manufacturing equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards. Daily tasks include configuring machines for specific envelope sizes and designs, performing routine inspections, and making mechanical adjustments to ensure consistent output and minimize downtime.
