Job summary

The Encompass Group seeks a Senior Superintendent to act as the on-site representative, ensuring safety, budget adherence, schedule alignment, and high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with the Project Manager on short-range field execution, material coordination, and subcontractor management.

Core duties include leading daily field operations, enforcing quality control, tracking material lead times, maintaining as-built drawings, and coordinating with design requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Bluebeam and coordination drawing review.
• Strong ability to track material lead times and coordinate with field and design requirements.
• Certifications in OSHA 10, CPR and First Aid are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and manage subcontractors while enforcing quality control and project schedule.
• Track material lead times and coordinate deliveries with design requirements.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and manage permits/inspections.
