Job summary

HelloFresh Canada in Calgary is seeking a Jr. Quality Control Associate to support FSQA in maintaining product quality and food safety. You will perform data entry, weight checks, and contribute to traceability in a fast-paced environment.

Shift flexibility is required; health benefits and a competitive salary are offered. This role provides hands-on experience in QC/QA within a leading meal kit company environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Work well independently and in a team.
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new tech.
• Willing to work in a refrigerated environment (0°C to 4°C).
• Previous exposure to QC/QA in a food manufacturing environment is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the FSQA team
• Transfer data from a source to a document while maintaining legibility and accuracy
• Perform product weight checks and input the data
• Ensure accuracy of documents
• Maintain product traceability
• Comply with OH&S acts and regulations
• Use PPE and report hazards to supervisor
• All other duties, as assigned
