Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services LLC is seeking an Entry Overhaul Technician to ensure compression units operate without issue, inspecting, repairing, and replacing parts as needed. You will collaborate with Field Supervisors and Area Managers to determine repairs and prioritise work.

The role requires 0–2 years in natural gas compression or related field, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to follow OEM manuals. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong mechanical intuition or ability.
• Familiarity with OEM manuals and literature.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Field Supervisors and Area Managers to identify units that need repair or overhaul.
• Prioritize repair work when there are competing demands.
• Assess repair/replacement needs and identify the best solution.
• Communicate clearly with other overhaul team members to work quickly and efficiently.
• Perform consistent inspections and maintenance of units to proactively ensure unit health.
• Replace specific parts of the unit as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Work across areas and regions seamlessly.
• Perform any additional, miscellaneous tasks as delegated.
