You will collaborate with Field Supervisors and Area Managers to determine repair needs and priorities, ensuring efficient, safe operation on-site. The role requires 0–2 years in natural gas compression or related field experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in natural gas compression or related experience.
• OEM, trade school, or comparable work experience in a related field/industry.
• Strong mechanical intuition or ability.
• Communication and customer service skills.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify units needing repair or overhaul and prioritize work with Field Supervisors/Area Managers.
• Assess repair/replacement needs and determine best solution.
• Communicate with overhaul team to work quickly and efficiently.
• Inspect and maintain units to proactively ensure health.
• Replace parts as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Work across areas and regions seamlessly.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated.
