Trinity Rail is hiring for an NDT Quality Inspector at our Jonesboro plant.

Our products are an integral part of the supply chain that fuels our lives and economy. Over the last 85 years, Trinity Industries has grown to over 6,000 employees with a shared purpose of Delivering Goods, For the Good of All.

The NDT Quality Inspector determines if products meet all requirements and completes inspection records/reports according to appropriate codes and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Visually inspects, measures, and records findings to ensure conformance to standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Inspects incoming materials, outgoing materials, or products throughout the process.
  • May apply single or multiple inspection processes using various NDE methods.
  • Maintains, adjusts, or calibrates inspection equipment.
  • Follows all safety rules and practices; may participate in safety committees or CI initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring equipment.
  • Basic understanding of operational functions to be inspected.
  • Ability to achieve appropriate NDE certifications within 6 months.
