Job summary

International Paper is hiring for a Converting Stacker on the 3rd shift (11pm-7am, Mon-Fri) at Beltline/Carrollton, TX. The role involves counting and stacking finished product, reading orders, measuring gauges, and basic math to ensure quality and documentation accuracy.

A $0.30 shift differential applies for this 3rd shift, with a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days and another $500 after six months. Candidates should have 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, a HS diploma or GED, and be

Pay Rate :

$25.31/hr

Sign-on Bonus :

$500 after 30 days,

Hourly Full-Time (3rd Shift) 11pm-7am Monday-Friday

12 hour shift and/or weekend work required when needed for production goals.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilize basic mathematics
• Accurately complete quality and administrative documents
• General work area housekeeping such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
• Manufacture corrugated material.
• Assistant Machine Operator and be prepared to promote to the next position level when a vacancy becomes available.
• Other duties as assigned by management
