NextEra Energy seeks an entry-level Associate Workforce Planning Consultant to support day-to-day administration, data accuracy, stakeholder support, and documentation for the external workforce program. under supervision by Manager, Workforce Planning.

This role emphasizes organization, reliability, and eagerness to learn as you manage request tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and routine SAP Fieldglass updates while maintaining clear records and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience: 0+ years in operations, HR, procurement, staffing, data support, or admin.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic statistical analyses of the Company’s workforce.
• Works with operations to establish workforce planning initiatives.
• Defines, monitors, and reports workforce planning metrics.
• Consults with business leaders on workforce planning best practices.
• Conducts research to support forecasting and analytics.
• Translates business unit needs into project plans for implementation.
• Creates standardized reports and strategic planning documents.
• Develops documentation and keep abreast of new tools and processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
