You will learn to operate woodworking machinery, assist with assembly, and support different areas of the facility. No advanced experience required—we train you!

This position offers flexible hours (20–34 hours/week), starting pay of $16.50/hour, and bi-weekly pay. Pre-employment background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow instructions closely and follow production schedules.
• Reliable, eager to learn, safety-conscious, team player.
• Ability to read a tape measure and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn machine operation and cross-train on standard woodworking equipment.
• Assist with setups and learn basic equipment adjustments.
• Check quality by reading basic product spec sheets and inspecting parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report issues.
