Job summary

Conestoga Wood Specialties Corporation is hiring for an entry-level cabinet making role. No experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

You will learn machine operation, assist with setups, and help ensure quality across cabinet doors in a hands-on environment. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with performance raises and attendance incentives leading to a permanent, full-time position along with benefits and 401(k) retirement plan after eligibility.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable in a dirt, dust, noise environment and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Learn machine operation and cross-train on framing, cutting and assembly tools.
• Assist with setups and basic equipment adjustments under supervision.
• Check parts against product specs to ensure cabinet doors meet quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report issues promptly.
