Conestoga Wood Specialties in Lancaster County, PA is seeking motivated individuals to join our premium cabinetry team and grow with industry professionals in a stable, collaborative environment.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential, plus potential increases at 90 days, 6 months and for perfect attendance. We offer health insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid holidays and time off.

Pay:

• 1st shift starting rate: $16.00/hour
• Additional shift differential $2.00/hour
• Ability to earn up to $0.75/hour increase at 90 days based on performance
• Ability to earn up to $0.75/hour increase at 6 months based on performance
• Ability to earn $1.00/hour increase per pay period based on perfect attendance and working posted hours
