Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Wire Harness Production Associate to join our Kalamazoo team. This entry-level role involves assembling wire harnesses with precise specifications, under guidance from engineers and technicians.

You’ll engage in crimping, soldering, and cable routing while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. You will work Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays as production dictates.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly (verbal & written).
• Proficient in basic digital tools and safety practices (5S, PPE).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses following instructions and CAD/electrical schematics.
• Perform crimping, soldering, and cable routing to produce high-quality harnesses.
• Support inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues on the line.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per 5S practices.
