Qualifications

• Requires basic hand and power tool proficiency.
• Ability to read and follow detailed schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with IPC 610 quality standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses by following schematics and drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires and connectors with precision.
• Conduct quality inspections according to IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies, verifying solder joints and component placement.
• Utilize calipers and ohmmeters to ensure dimensional accuracy and electrical integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation following safety protocols to optimize workflow.
