Job summary

GlobalTec in Norton Shores, MI is seeking experienced wire-harness assemblers to join our aerospace and defense manufacturing team. You will build high-reliability harnesses, follow detailed blueprints, and perform crimping, soldering, routing and testing.

Required: high school diploma, 1 year wire harness experience, ability to read drawings, IPC/WHMA a plus, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, and day shift; on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Wire harness experience of 1 year required.
• Defense/aircraft experience a plus.
• Ability to read & interpret technical drawings & work instructions.
• IPC/WHMA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble high-reliability wire harnesses and cable assemblies for aerospace and defense applications.
• Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions with pride in quality.
• Perform crimping, soldering, routing, and testing.
