Job summary

Hire Sync is seeking an entry-level assembler in Richfield, OH to learn wiring harness assembly in a clean, air‑conditioned environment. This role offers a 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with a 6:30 AM start, giving you hands-on experience with electrical components.

No prior wire harness experience is required; you will receive hands-on training and be part of a long-standing manufacturer. Strong attendance and reliability are valued, casual dress is accepted, and growth through learning is

Qualifications

Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
