Hire Sync in Mentor, OH is hiring entry-level Assemblers for a 2nd shift. No prior manufacturing experience required; you'll receive hands-on training in a clean, stable environment and participate in a facility walk-through.

The role involves assembling small wire brush components, using basic gauges, standing for the shift, and performing visual inspections. Weekly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Previous experience in assembly/manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, thin wire brush components with care and accuracy.
• Operate basic assembly equipment as needed.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Use gauges and measuring tools to verify part specifications.
• Stand in a stationary position for the duration of the shift.
