This entry-level role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate aiming to build technical expertise in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support new product introductions while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed engineering disciplines.
• 0-1 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in wire and cable manufacturing or related industrial environments is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist with engineering projects involving manufacturing processes, equipment, plant layouts, and production methods.
• Conduct studies, data collection, process analysis, and investigations to support continuous improvement.
• Support extrusion, cabling, stranding, insulating, jacketing, and related wire and cable operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity improvements.
• Perform feasibility studies and cost analyses of alternative methods and technologies.
• Assist in selection, installation, and startup of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Participate in equipment acceptance testing and vendor evaluations.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to develop efficient manufacturing methods for new products.
• Support production trials, process validations, and new product introductions.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation.
