Qualifications

• Previous harvest/winery experience required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine winemaking tasks as directed by management.
• Maintain cleanliness, GMP and sanitation standards in work areas.
• Communicate effectively with cellar staff and other departments.
• Assist in transfer, racking or blending of wines and juices.
• Operate safe handling of fermentation and processing equipment as needed.
• Use forklift to move equipment and chemicals when required.
• Assist in preparation of cellar chemicals and ingredients.
