A leading defense contractor in North Kingstown is seeking entry-level welders. Training is provided for candidates with no experience. Responsibilities include welding various materials and using pneumatic tools. Applicants must possess a high school diploma and the ability to work in a team. Qualifications

• Available to work all shifts.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme temperature conditions.
• Must be able to pass destructive bend weld test after training.

Responsibilities

• Welding on a variety of materials using GMAW and SMAW processes.
• Use of pneumatic tools and other welding techniques.
• Reading and interpreting weld symbols and technical documents.
