Qualifications

• Previous welding experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform MIG, TIG, spot welding, or other assigned welding processes.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Inspect welded parts for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
• Participate in required internal training and certification programs.
• Assist team members and support continuous improvement efforts.
