Qualifications

• Prior welding experience required.
• Ability to read measuring tools, blueprints and work instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform MIG, TIG, spot welding or other assigned welding processes.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Inspect welded parts for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors.
• Participate in internal training and certification programs.
• Assist team members and support continuous improvement.
