Job summary

Wabash is seeking skilled Welders to join our manufacturing teams. You will weld carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using MIG and TIG processes, read engineering prints, and ensure work meets strict quality standards.

Responsibilities include basic equipment maintenance, working in confined spaces, and heights up to 20 ft. Training is provided, and safety is a priority in our production environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass Weld Tests associated with product line, prior to welding in production.
• Must pass respirator fit test.
• Basic reading, writing, math & verbal skills.
• Capable of following and understanding engineering prints, specifications & instructions.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve performance in Safety, Quality, and Delivery.
• Weld carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel to quality standards (MIG/TIG).
• Read engineering prints and weld symbols and follow specifications.
• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment.
• Work at heights of 15-20 ft. and in tight spaces.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety policies.
