Zusammenfassung

Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. is seeking an entry level Welder/Fitter 1 to assist senior welders in the fabrication of custom projects. You will handle basic shop tasks and learn tooling and techniques while developing skills toward Level 2.

As you progress, you may perform welding and fitting tasks, read simple drawings, and contribute to safety and quality in an ISO environment. The role includes evolving responsibilities and a path for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math for measurements and units.
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Move and position raw materials and finished goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, and shop cranes.
• Prepare parts for fitting or welding as directed.
• Operate drilling, cutting, torches and other tools to create parts from shop drawings.
• Assist in fitting or welding including layout, clamping, fixturing, marking.
• Perform welding/fabrication tasks including weld cleaning and grinding.
• Read drawings, specs, and instructions to assemble structures.
• Document fabrication results and testing as required.
• Perform light maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Support ISO 9001 quality program and continuous improvement initiatives.
