Job summary

Garver is seeking an Entry-Level Project Engineer in Fayetteville, AR to join our Water team. The role involves working under a Project Manager on a multi-discipline team to produce design phase deliverables and ensure client expectations are exceeded.

The position requires a ABET-accredited engineering degree, EIT or eligibility to obtain within 6 months, and strong communications plus MS Office skills. Prefer Master’s, Microstation/WaterCAD/SewerCAD experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or biological/biosystems engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Registered as an Engineer In Training (EIT) or able to obtain in the next 6 months.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and detailed design for water and wastewater projects.
• Produce reports, technical memoranda, design manuals, plans, sections, details and specifications.
• Collaborate with a Project Manager and multi-discipline design engineers to meet client expectations.
• Communicate with clients to ensure service is exceeded.
