Job summary

Garver is seeking an Entry-Level Project Engineer in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to join our Water team and collaborate on design deliverables including reports, memos, plans, and specifications. You will work under a Project Manager on a multi-discipline team delivering water and wastewater projects.

The role requires an ABET-accredited degree, EIT or ability to obtain it within 6 months, and strong communication and software skills. On-site work with potential for growth within Garver’s water practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or biological/biosystems engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Registered as an Engineer In Training (EIT) or able to obtain in the next 6 months.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Produce design phase deliverables including reports, technical memoranda, design manuals, plans, sections, details and specifications.
• Perform engineering calculations and detailed design for water distribution and wastewater projects.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and multi-discipline team to meet client expectations.
• Engage with clients to ensure service expectations are exceeded.
