Job summary

Garver is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer in the Oklahoma City area to join our Water team. The engineer will work under a Project Manager on a multi-discipline group delivering reports, design documents, plans and specifications for water and wastewater projects.

Ideal candidates hold an ABET-accredited degree in civil, environmental, or biosystems engineering, are or will be EIT within 6 months, and possess strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or biological/biosystems engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Registered as an Engineer In Training (EIT) or able to obtain in the next 6 months.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Engineer calculations and detailed design for water/wastewater projects under supervision.
• Assist in producing design deliverables: reports, memoranda, design manuals, plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and multi-discipline team to meet client expectations.
