Job summary
Garver is seeking an Entry-Level Project Engineer in Tulsa to join our Water team. You will work under a Project Manager on a multi-discipline design group producing reports, memos, design manuals, plans, sections, details and specifications while collaborating closely with clients to exceed their expectations.
The role includes engineering calculations and detailed design for water/wastewater projects, treatment plants, and retrofit work, with growth opportunities as you develop skills toward
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or biological/biosystems engineering from an ABET accredited program.
- Registered as an Engineer In Training (EIT) or able to obtain in the next 6 months.
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Assist in producing design phase deliverables such as reports, technical memoranda, design manuals, plans, sections, details, and specifications.
- Work under a Project Manager on a multi-discipline design team to meet client expectations.
- Perform engineering calculations and detailed designs for water and wastewater projects.
- Contribute to projects including water distribution, wastewater collection, treatment plants, and retrofits.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure service levels and satisfaction.
