Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willing to obtain ADEQ Grade 1 certifications.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and respond to emergencies within 1 hour during training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inspection of wells, pumps, tanks, valves, meters, and chlorination systems.
• Learn to complete operational logs, chlorine residuals, and pressure readings.
• Assist with leak response, meter checks, and customer service calls.
• Support certified operators with water line repairs, service line replacements, meter installations, and system flushing.
• Must be available to be put on rotating on call with operator; maintain facilities, equipment, and vehicles.
