Job summary

The Charleston area client is seeking an Associate Engineer (ENTRY-LEVEL) to support water and wastewater projects for new development. You will review plans, specifications, and calculations to ensure design quality, constructability, and compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• B.S in Civil Engineering or Engineering field.
• Minimum 0-3 years experience in the wastewater industry or related fields.
• Familiar with hydrology.
• Experience with wastewater design and analysis.
• GIS and property research experience preferred.
• AutoCAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering plans, specifications, and calculations for water and wastewater systems serving new development.
• Ensure design quality, constructability, and regulatory compliance with CWS standards.
• Evaluate hydraulic flow and system capacity analyses.
