Olsson is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer graduate to join our Water Resources team. This engineer-in-training position offers growth through planning, design, permitting, and construction services under direct supervision.

You will gain exposure to Civil 3D and HEC-RAS modeling, collaborate with a supportive team, and pursue licensure while helping communities with innovative water resources solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain or possess an Engineer Intern (EI) or (IE) certificate
• Experience with Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, or other modeling software is a plus
• Aspiration to advance and evolve in water resources engineering
• Exceptional problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine engineering assignments under direct supervision.
• Generate ideas and create designs for water resources projects.
