Job summary

Garver is seeking an Entry-Level Project Engineer in College Station, TX to join our Water team. You will be mentored by a Project Manager on a multidisciplinary design group delivering reports, design manuals, plans, and specifications for water and wastewater projects.

The role requires a civil/environmental/biosystems ABET-accredited degree, EIT or ability to obtain within 6 months, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or biological/biosystems engineering from ABET accredited program.
Registered as an Engineer In Training (EIT) or able to obtain in the next 6 months.
Strong communications skills.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Assist in producing design phase deliverables (reports, memoranda, manuals, plans, sections, details, specs).
Work with a Project Manager and multi-discipline design engineers.
Perform engineering calculations and detailed design for water/wastewater projects.
Collaborate with clients to ensure expectations are exceeded.
