Job summary

Garver's Water Design Center in College Station, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure design projects. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and CAD technicians, delivering design reports, memoranda, manuals, plans, and specifications while ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

The role demands strong communication, project controls, and QA/QC, with occasional travel for projects and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 6+ years of relevant water/wastewater project experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with multi-state licensure plan.
• Experience in designing water and wastewater projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles for water/wastewater infra.
• Excellent communication and client-service mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary project team on water infrastructure design projects.
• Prepare reports, studies, memoranda, design manuals, plans and specs.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget across projects and teams.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, clients, and internal groups.
• Ensure QA/QC of designs and project deliverables.
• Travel as needed for projects, conferences, and meetings.
