Job summary

Garver's Water Design Center in Greenville, SC is seeking an entry-level Infrastructure Engineer to advance water infrastructure projects. The Infrastructure Engineer will work on a multi-disciplinary design team producing reports, studies, design manuals, plans, details and specifications for water and wastewater facilities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with other disciplines and regional offices, and QA/QC on deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
0-1 years of applicable technical design experience.
Engineer In Training (EIT) or ability to obtain a EIT registration within 6 months.
Must have strong communication skills.
Must be passionate about client service and the water industry.
Must have a strong work ethic.
Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Design a variety of projects related to water distribution, wastewater collection, pipeline inspection and rehabilitation.
Coordinate with other support disciplines and regional offices; ensure QA/QC on deliverables.
Engage with clients to meet expectations and provide sound design solutions.
Periodic travel for projects, conferences, marketing, and other duties.
