Job summary

Garver’s Water Design Center in Greenville, SC is seeking an entry‑level Infrastructure Engineer to advance water infrastructure projects. The Infrastructure Engineer will work on a multi‑disciplinary team delivering reports, studies, design manuals, plans and specifications for water and wastewater facilities.

The role requires coordination with other disciplines, offices, and regulatory agencies, with periodic travel for projects and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• 0-1 years of applicable technical design experience.
• Engineer In Training (EIT) or ability to obtain a EIT registration within 6 months.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be passionate about client service and the water industry.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Design water distribution, wastewater, and related hydraulic projects.
• Collaborate with design engineers and CAD technicians on deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients to meet service expectations.
• Travel as needed for projects, conferences, and marketing.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control on designs.
