Job summary

Garver’s Water Design Center in Greenville, SC seeks an entry-level Infrastructure Engineer to participate in multi-disciplinary design teams for water and wastewater projects. You will contribute to design deliverables such as reports, studies, plans, and specifications, while coordinating with clients to exceed expectations.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, are EIT-eligible within 6 months, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
  • 0-1 years of applicable technical design experience.
  • Engineer In Training (EIT) or ability to obtain an EIT registration within 6 months.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Must be passionate about client service and the water industry.
  • Must have a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Design of water distribution, wastewater, and related infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and regulatory agencies.
  • Produce reports, studies, technical memoranda, and design plans.
  • Travel on an as-needed basis for projects and meetings.
