Qualifications

• No prior watchmaking experience required; background in fine mechanics is a plus.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn horology through mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing: Perform immediate, low-complexity tasks including battery replacements, quartz diagnostics, and gasket renewals.
• Exterior work: Bracelet sizing, strap replacements, spring bar fixes, and ultrasonic case cleaning.
• Quality assurance: Water-resistance tests and monitor timekeeping accuracy for completed repairs.
• Logistics & support: Manage incoming short jobs, organize bench workstations, and order catalog parts.
• Apprenticeship training: Hands-on mentorship in mechanical movements, hairspring manipulation, and micromechanics.
