Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) is seeking an entry-level General Utility to support production and machine operators at our Anoka, MN facility. This full-time role reports to a Production Supervisor and involves assisting with order fulfillment, material handling, and daily manufacturing tasks.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic math ability, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent, or 1+ years manufacturing experience in place of education.
• Experience applying math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read, follow, and complete detailed work instructions.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production efficiency and output by supporting order fulfillment and machine operations as needed.
• Support machine operator and assistant machine operator in essential functions for continued operations.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods in preparation for production or shipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
