Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) in Brooklyn Park, MN, is seeking a full-time Stacker Operator to support production and machine operators. You will assist daily with entry-level duties, helping maintain production efficiency and processing materials for shipment.

Reporting to a Production Supervisor, this role requires willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, with pay at $22.77 per hour plus any applicable shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends and holidays.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain production efficiency and output through supporting order fulfillment and machine operations as needed

• Support machine operator and assistant machine operator in essential function for continued operations


• Handle raw material and finished goods in preparation for production or shipment

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• High School diploma orGEDequivalentfrom an accredited institutionor 1+ years manufacturingor comparableexperience inplaceof education


• Previous experienceapplyingmathskillssuch asaddition, subtraction,multiplication,and division

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The starting pay rate for this position is $ 22.77 per hour plus hourly shift differential pay (If applicable). The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
