Job summary

Medical Devices Company in San Diego, CA is seeking a Warehouse Operator/Shipping Associate for a 12-month contract on W2. The role supports domestic and international shipments, requiring SAP and MS Office proficiency, with 9:00 am–5:30 pm shifts and 40 hours per week.

The position emphasizes routine tasks with clear instructions, inventory control, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in shipping/warehouse functions or SAP.
• Microsoft Office experience is required.
• Experience with international coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sorts customer orders and prepares goods for shipment.
• Packs orders requiring dry ice when needed.
• Process daily outbound orders using carrier systems.
• Replenishes shipping supplies and maintains orderly warehouse areas.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and documents transfers.
• Communicates daily progress to Supervisors and Team Lead.
