PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring entry-level Warehouse Packers for day and night shifts in a temperature-controlled, clean warehouse environment. Roles involve packing, labeling, and basic assembly with opportunities for growth.

Shifts are 12 hours on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule. The facility offers weekly pay and health benefits after a 30-day period. Background checks and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity; warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Steady and reliable work history required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to stand and work for the entire 12-hour shift.
• Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong attendance and dependability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build boxes for production.
• Pack finished products according to specifications.
• Apply labels and prepare products for shipment.
• Perform light assembly tasks.
• Stack products and pallets safely.
• Use pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
