Job summary

RRD is seeking a warehouse associate to assist with filling and packaging orders in a warehouse setting. You will help maintain inventory and handle various packing tasks for shipping.

This role requires reading specifications and ensuring accurate handling of customer orders, with a strong emphasis on safety and productivity. The position offers a 12-hour shift pattern and an added $3.00/hour for night shifts, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Great entry level opportunity.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work 12 hour shift.
• One or more years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment is nice to have.
• Must be able to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts for fulfilling customer orders.
• Basic communication skills (written and/or verbal).
• Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment and general warehouse procedures.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick or package a variety of printed materials or related items using packing procedures and techniques.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Place labels on packages, insert manuals, and handle boxes for final product.
• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
