Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking Packers for a busy distribution client on the 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM; Sunday-Friday; nights on Sunday, Thursday, Friday mandatory). You will pick and pack orders, work in refrigerated conditions, and prepare items for shipment while upholding safety and accuracy.

The role offers temporary-to-permanent opportunities with potential overtime and a path to longer-term employment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse pick/pack experience.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure correct items and packing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
• Bilingual skills are a plus; forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Our client, a busy distribution company, is seeking several Packers to join their team. on the 2nd Shift. As a Warehouse Packer, you will be part of the Warehouse team supporting daily fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packers

Pay Range: $18.00/hr + Possible OT

Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00PM - 11:30PM - Sunday-Friday Schedule (No Saturday Nights)- Sunday, Thursday and Friday Nights are mandatory!

• Must be able to work the required nights (Sunday, Thursday, and Friday nights)
