Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Hardeeville, SC is seeking an Order Picker/Material Handling Specialist for a fast-paced distribution environment. No experience is required; training is provided, and you’ll help move, pick, and scan items using a pallet jack and WMS.

You’ll work Monday through Friday on a day shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintain a clean, safety-first workspace while following SOPs to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and 40-50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Able to work Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Use a pallet jack (electric).
• Use a wrapping machine.
• Verify accuracy and SKUs, check for damages, update inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow SOPs.
