Job summary

Paycom is hiring entry-level Order Picker/Material Handling Specialists to support daily warehouse operations. Training is provided for a fast-paced distribution environment. Earn $16-$24 per hour with variable production pay and overtime opportunities, in a stable, long-standing company.

Work involves picking, staging, scanning items, and using an electric pallet jack. This role requires reliability with a Monday–Friday shift and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and 40-50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to meet pick per hour goals.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Use a pallet jack (electric) to move materials.
• Verify accuracy, SKUs, and damage; update inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow SOPs and safety procedures.
