Job summary

Johnstone Supply in Henderson, NV is seeking a Material Handler I to accurately receive, stock, and ship HVACR products. You will operate forklifts and RF scanners, prepare orders, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 0–1 year of related experience.
• Forklift certification required, or willingness to obtain on the job.
• Experience with a picker, RF scanner, and inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment safely to locate, move, and store products.
• Receive product by forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Verify shipments against packing lists and document discrepancies.
• Ensure barcodes and stock numbers are scanned and labeled correctly.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; maintain accuracy in paperwork.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and safety compliance.
